Agreement to Terms

By visiting this website, submitting a form, applying for the mastermind, or communicating with Serrano Invest LLC dba Agent Operators, a coaching and mastermind platform for real estate agents founded and operated by Tre Serrano ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Who We Are

Agent Operator is a coaching and mastermind platform founded by Tre Serrano, a licensed real estate agent, for producing agents and micro team leaders who want to build stronger systems, strategy, and team structure inside their real estate business.

Messaging Program

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you may receive appointment reminders, follow-up messages about your application or membership, and, if you separately opt in, marketing messages about our programs. Message types will always match what you consented to receive.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. This SMS program is available to users 18 years of age or older.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your interactions and appointments with us. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
